  1. Twelve months. A membership runs for a full term rather than month to month, because the work it covers — reviews, builds, refreshes — is planned across a year.

  2. Yes. Pay once, or spread the same total across 12 payments. The total is identical either way, and instalments are a payment option rather than a monthly plan you can stop.

  3. Subject to fair use, with one active build at a time. Standard pages use your existing design system; complex applications, major systems, full redesigns and major backend work are scoped separately.

  4. We tell you before you reach it, and anything further is quoted as additional BROWSR work — at your member rate. Nothing stops; it just stops being included.

  5. Yes. A new website, an application, a major system or a full redesign sits outside membership capacity. We scope it as a project and your member rate applies to it.

  6. Yes, at any point in the term. You move onto the higher membership's capacity and member rate, and we settle the difference for the remainder of the year.

  7. Annual quantities are available across the whole year rather than divided into monthly quotas, so you can use them when the business needs them. They reset at renewal and do not roll over.

  8. The membership renews for another twelve months and your annual capacity resets. We will not start an automatic renewal without telling you first.
